Therapy That Sees All of You.

A Justice-Centred, Relational Approach to Therapy for Individuals

  • What does it mean to build a life of stability, security, autonomy, connection, and care for ourselves?

  • How do we cultivate safety, love and connection if we haven’t experienced them before?

  • How do we rebuild trust after experiences that have disrupted our sense of safety?

  • How do we learn to recognize our needs, set boundaries, and make choices that honour ourselves?

  • How do we lessen self-criticism and shame to cultivate a kinder relationship with ourselves?

  • How does trauma shape us, and how can we move beyond survival mode?

  • How do we heal from experiences of bullying, discrimination, racism, and rejection?

  • How do we create a meaningful life after surviving war, historical trauma, violence, or abuse?

  • How do we honour our intergenerational roots, while creating a life that feels authentically our own?

  • How do we move from simply surviving toward a life that feels connected, purposeful, and our own?

  • How do we find belonging when part of our identity haven’t been affirmed or accepted?

These are questions (and more!) we may explore together, in therapy.

  • Difficulties with code-switching and belonging as an international student

  • Rejection from family or community related to gender identity or sexual orientation

  • Harm related to intimate partner violence or domestic violence

  • Difficulty setting boundaries or advocating for your needs

  • Grief connected to singular or persistent traumatic events

  • Developmental and attachment-based trauma

  • Grief after the loss of a loved one or pet

  • Fear, panic and anxiety

  • Shame and self-criticism

  • Numbness, disconnection, isolation, loneliness and depression
