Therapy That Sees All of You.

A Justice-Centred, Relational Approach to Therapy for Couples & Relationships

  • How do we build relationships rooted in consistency, stability, connection, and care?

  • How do we cultivate safety, love and connection, if we haven’t experienced them before?

  • Can intimacy and security be rebuilt after infidelity or other betrayals of trust?

  • How do we break patterns of conflict that we keep repeating?

  • How do we communicate our needs to feel seen, heard and understood by one another?

  • How do we reconnect after conflict and repair the hurt between us?

  • How do we navigate cultural differences in expectations, values, and communication?

  • How do we support one another through infertility or a chronic or terminal health diagnosis?

  • How can we work through the impact of our own histories and trauma as we build more secure relationships?

  • How do we grow together without losing ourselves in the process?

These are questions (and more!) we may explore together, in therapy.

What Might Bring You to Therapy?

There are many reasons why couples or those in significant relationships seek therapy. Sometimes cultural expectations, family histories, and past relationship experiences can make it difficult to navigate conflict or feel connected. You may be seeking support to communicate more openly, deepen intimacy, or better understand one another.

Some of the people I work with express experiencing:

  • Cross-cultural or intercultural relationship challenges

  • Intergenerational or extended-family tensions

  • Difficulty balancing individual needs, autonomy, and connection

  • Recurring conflict or arguments that feel difficult to resolve

  • Difficulty communicating needs, feelings, or expectations

  • Feeling unheard, misunderstood, unseen, or emotionally disconnected

  • Loss of emotional or physical intimacy

  • Infidelity, betrayal, or breaches of trust

  • Difficulty rebuilding trust after hurt or secrecy

  • Differences in values, priorities, or expectations

  • Concerns about power, control, or unequal responsibility in the relationship

  • Infertility, pregnancy loss, or reproductive challenges

  • Supporting one another through chronic or terminal illness

  • The impact of trauma or attachment experiences on intimacy and connection

  • Major life transitions or changes

  • Feeling stuck in patterns that neither partner knows how to change

  • Questions about the future or direction of the relationship
