Therapy That Sees All of You.

A Justice-Centred, Relational Approach to Group Work

We’re not meant to navigate life alone.

Groups offer opportunities to experience connection, witness one another's experiences, learn alongside others, and practice new ways of relating in community.

I offer two styles of groups:

  • Therapeutic and experiential process groups for individuals.

  • Facilitated conversations for existing groups navigating conflict, change, or difficult experiences.

Therapeutic & Experiential Groups

I offer small-group experiences for individuals to come together to explore therapeutic, relational, somatic, and mindfulness-based practices. These groups provide opportunities to slow down, reflect, learn, connect, and explore new ways of relating to ourselves and others.

Groups may be offered around particular themes, practices, or shared experiences, with each group designed to create a space that is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in care.

Groups Might Explore:

  • Somatic awareness and embodied practices

  • Mindfulness and self-compassion

  • Nervous system responses

  • Connection, belonging, and community

  • Identity and lived experience

  • Relational patterns and ways of connecting

  • Healing from experiences of disconnection, isolation, or marginalization

  • Social justice and collective wellbeing

All groups offer both an experiential / process component, along with relevant psycho-education, and are created with the intention of being culturally-attuned, trauma-responsive, and justice-centred.

Facilitated Group Conversations

I facilitate conversations for existing groups, teams, and communities experiencing conflict, communication challenges, or significant change. My role is to create a structured and respectful space where people can slow down, listen to different perspectives, explore what is happening beneath the conflict, and work toward greater understanding and more constructive ways of relating.

Group Work Might Include:

  • Facilitated conversations following conflict or difficult incidents

  • Workplace or community team conflict

  • Communication breakdowns and interpersonal tension

  • Mediation and conflict resolution

  • Conversations involving differing perspectives, identities, or experiences of harm

  • Supporting groups through loss of a team members

  • Repair and relationship-building after experiences of harm

All groups include both discussion and embodied practice components, and are created with the intention of being culturally-attuned, trauma-responsive, and justice-centred.

Current & Upcoming Groups

I am currently developing small-group offerings that bring together somatic, relational, mindfulness, and justice-centred practices.

New groups will be posted here as they become available. If there is a particular topic or type of group you'd be interested in, I welcome you to get in touch.
