Equanimity is the ability to sit equally with pleasure and pain, loss and gain, praise and blame. It is the ability to stay connected to life and our feelings, even in moments when life feels challenging. It is staying away from indifference or detachment, with the intention of decreasing suffering for ourselves and the people we love.
Join me for dedicated MEDITATION + JOURNALLING sessions, every Sunday for the Month of February.
4:00 - 5:15pm.
This 4-week series will focus on
LOVING-KINDNESS, COMPASSION, JOY + EQUANIMITY:
How to cultivate more of them, and how to respond, when we feel disconnected from our joy, love or compassion.
Each week will include practice of a specific breathing technique + a guided meditation + a guided writing session.
EVERYONE WELCOME! No previous meditation or writing experience necessary.
*** This class is being scheduled as a regular class on the Juici Yoga schedule for February!
Therefore, there is NO extra cost for this series, if you have a monthly unlimited pass at Juici Yoga.
