LOVE + THE SHADOW SIDES OF LOVE: How do we cultivate unwavering self-love? How do we respond when we feel loveless and unloved? What do we do, when we feeling trapped in a mindless whirlwind of grasping, clinging, and attachment?
To create fulfilling relationships, lives, and careers, requires that we become increasingly more aware - not only of our goals, but, also of the mindsets that we carry that limit ourselves from achieving these goals.
